From a young age Brad always was an entrepreneur, often trying to sell things to classmates, family, and friends at lower prices than they could get at retail costs. His initiative and drive made real estate the perfect career for him.
He started at the age of 25 in real estate, picking up advice from the masters in the business as he went along. At the end of his first year Brad set a company record for sales, selling 3.2 million dollars of real estate, earning him a spot as a top Realtor in the Iowa City/Coralville/North Liberty market.
Brad’s drive has helped him be a multi-million dollar producer for the past 18 years. In ’00,’01, and ’02 Brad was named Realtor of the Year for Iowa Realty Iowa City. Brad is now in the 10-20 million dollars a year bracket allowing him to sell over 200 million dollars of real estate in his career.
Buying through Brad is a buying experience. Brad continues selling real estate with the same passion and drive that led him to where he is today.
Monica has 16 years of Sales and Marketing experience and has been professionally caring for people for over 20 years. Her dedication to her clients and her people skills have been instrumental in launching her career in the real estate business. She was awarded the “Gold Star” award in 2014, and “Realtor of the Year” for 2015 by the Iowa City Area Association of Realtors. In 2016 she earned a place with the top producers at Skogman Realty in the “Pinnacle Club.” She currently serves on the Board of Directors for ICAAR.
Monica graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a social work degree and has earned her Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation. Realtors awarded with this designation have had additional education on how to help seniors and their families with later-in-life real estate transactions. She also is a Certified New Home Sales Professional (CSP). This certification is given to Realtors who have a continued commitment to excellence and professionalism in the building industry.
Communication is Monica’s top priority. Buyers appreciate her honesty, clarity and forethought as she makes sure everyone has a good understanding of the building, buying and selling process. Her eye for detail and understanding of how to market the features and benefits of your home, to just the right people, will help you to be moving on quickly.
